Randomly stumbled upon this stand while leaving the plaza. Had the intestine, tripa, al pastor, and chicken. Food was delicious and staff were friendly.

I believe they opened up during 2020-2021. Been going there since then. Their business survived through "A PANDEMIC!" So you already know they got loyal fanbase community/regulars. Imo best Street Taco in Westminster. Born and raised here.
