Other than an issue with a $25 gift card they never made good on about a year ago, theyre usually pretty good.This time was frustrating though. First the nuggets were so small. 12 pepperoni and 6 jalapeno. All very small. We also ordered (via their mobile app) a half sheet pizza with alfredo sauce. They accepted my order and my credit card only to find out they don't make half sheet pizzas with alfredo sauce. We were told the half sheets are premade and have red sauce already on them. Off-putting if true. If you're reading this, Antonio's, you should probably remove the options from your app that you don't actually offer. Rather confusing and frustrating for your customers. Amending this review since I can't create a new one. Would be delighted to give another 1 star review after most recent experience. Ordered pepperoni nuggets with cheese and 2 ranch, no marinara. Of course received nuggets without cheese and no ranch, only marinara. Called and spoke to manager. He offered to make new ones or remove the nuggets from bill. Elected to have new ones delivered. 2 hours later driver arrives and apologies and informs me that the manager told him to let me know entire bill was being taken off. Said they wanted to keep our business. It's been nearly 2 weeks and it still hasn't been credited back. Guess you really weren't too concerned with keeping our business after all. Bye Antonio's. It was a good couple of decades until it wasnt.
So happy they put their restaurant there in Broadview Heights. Great service, consistent every time and love the brew wall menu!

They just charged me 39% for delivery on a $17.99 pizza. Last time I will ever order from the establishment in Broadview Heights. Absolutely ridiculous!
I ordered on their website ahead of time for a party. I ordered two half sheets and one full sheet pizza, about $106 worth. When we went to pick it up, they didn't have the order. They were nice enough to make it on the spot, but then they had us pay in shop for the pizzas. The charge is still on my credit card for the order ahead, though and since their website utilizes doordash for online ordering but not thru the DoorDash app, I can't get anyone to help me fix the charge. DoorDash doesn't have a record in my account and Antonio's says it's thru DoorDash. I don't know who to contact but I'm missing $106.
