Staff acted odd when giving change, realized later it was fake money. I was given a fake $10 bill in my change AND shorted change while Christmas shopping. After waiting in a long line in the holiday rush I ordered a single drink, and paid with cash to get change and leave a cash tip for the staff working. As the lady handed me my change she watched me look at the money and then quickly went to help someone else. I had paused to recount the the cash in hand, do the math, and check the price of the coffee I was handed. She had shorted me a dollar. I decided not to bother with it and count that as the tip instead of the couple dollars I was planning to do. Later I realized I was handed fake Hollywood money under the real dollar bills I was given when I was about to pay for another purchase at another store. I realize this could have been an honest mistake. However thinking back to how the employee watched me closely as she handed me the change stands out and I question if she knew she shorted me overall, gave me fake money, or both? Combined with the drink not being very good, 1 star.
I'm reading the reviews and I'm shocked I wasn't the only one! They "only accept cash" and give you back incorrect change hoping you won't notice. Didn't like anything about this place, including the coffee.
