Was waiting a long time to eat here. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to its hype! Service was lacking, I’ll say for it being a Sunday and people probably not wanting to work on a Sunday, I understand. But if you want a tip you need to at least pretend to want to be there. Food was mediocre, at best. For management please look around you and see what needs fixing. Floors were dirty and the tiles had cracks. The tables were a bit dirty and sitting by a window where the sun hits the table it is beyond obvious it was dirty. I will give Anson 11 another shot because although it shouldn’t be an excuse it was a Sunday. For what the restaurant conveys of what atmosphere and food they serve it wasn’t what I was expecting. I will change my review once I go back again, during a week day.
We had a fantastic dinner. The waitress was very informative, professional and helpful. We couldn’t have been happier.
Food is severely overpriced for the quality that you recieve. For a restaurant where the average cost for a table of 2 is $250+, you would think they would hire better managers. I have dealt with the assistant manager on two seperate dining occasions and she has the customer service skills of a mcdonalds worker.
A must visit culinary facility.
Gentrified food, it's very basic, underwhelming, and greatly in need of seasoning. The service was great and the atmosphere is very nice, the food is not.
I finally got my buddy to have brunch with me there cause I’ve been bragging about it. But the bartender service was pretty bad. I get it. It’s busy. Maybe you need more bartenders or better ones???
Top notch all the way around. Delicious food. The calamari is the best I've ever had. Super attentive wait staff. Gorgeous atmosphere. Nice enough for special occasions, but casual enough for a great weeknight burger! You can't go wrong here!
Exceptional service food and wine. Our waiter, Eric was awesome. We will be coming back
