Would give less than 1 star if possible. I was seated right away but took my server 20 minutes to acknowledge my existence. I ordered an Irish coffee and the shrimp and grits (shrimp was rubbery and grits weren’t seasoned). Everything came out ice cold. My server wasn’t attentive at all and when the manager came out, while she was nice, she wasn’t apologetic at all. I hope this isn’t indicative of the type of service Atlanta has to offer.
Me and my husband came here for breakfast and was told it would be a 25 minute wait, and that we will receive a text messages notifying us.After waiting for about 30 minutes my husband goes inside to see what’s taking so long and the hostess offered him a regular table. My husband said he would like a booth and the hostess said for us to get a booth we would have to wait another 25 minutes. But they were sitting customers in booth that came in after us. That makes no sense. We didn’t even eat there we left to go somewhere els. The customer services is horrible. How are people that came in after us getting seated and a booth at that.
Walked in at 1:35 PM and the staff is ratchet. I guess nobody wanted to work since they closed at 2PM. No greeting received from any worker although all of them looked at us when we walked in. As a business owner I would provide coaching to my staff for missing the mark on customer service and missing out on revenue.
Food was delicious and service was superb
