En general me gusto Desayunos suculentos grandes porciones es aceptable Pero Demasiada gente y mucho tiempo de espera eso pudiera mejorar.

We stumbled across this place while looking for a place for breakfast. The deep south sandwich was phenomenal and the coffee was good. Omar and Cassandra were our waiters and they were super friendly and took their time to explain everything on the menu and recommend items according to our preferences. 5/5

Coming here as always been a pleasure but today Omar and Cassandra were absolutely amazing. Awesome food. Amazing service and atmosphere.

Omar and Casandra were Amazing..

I don’t usually give 1 stars unfortunately I must I called customer service about in incident that occur 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting on a call back.

On hold on the phone for 13+ minutes now when placed on a “brief hold” to just place a pick up order, because the online ordering on their site has a “problem verifying cart” when trying to check out. Went back to the online order and finally got it to work, but had to eliminate items from our cart and simply not get part of our order just to place it. We just want to place a pick up order and not bog down the restaurant, why is it so difficult/why is nothing working correctly/how is almost 15 minutes on hold “brief” when an order would have taken 3 minutes to take? When I finally picked up my order, the pick-up area was gone and there was no indication to just pick up food. I waited in line just to have staff point at a couple of bags sitting on the side. My order was missing every single condiment specifically included with the order, and any logical ones. No sour cream or salsa for my Hey Lucy! omelette, no chipotle honey for what already looked like dry and cold chicken and waffles, nothing whatsoever (butter, jam) for my English muffin, no ketchup for potatoes, and no utensils. That’s a LOT of things to be missing, particularly regarding items specifically on the menu for each entree. This is the worst experience I’ve had here by far.
