Another Broken Egg Cafe

I really want to give them 5 stars but every once in a while, the food is not good or the service needs improving. Overall though, this is one of our go to places for brunch.

Karen, our sweet, lovely and very patient waitress at the Jones Valley location in HSV, AL, was the best! This was my 1st time and we went after Easter Sunday Church. The food was absolute perfection! That's just about all I can say and my husband is a personal/ private chef. He, himself, even gave kudos to the chef and that was the very first time he's ever done that, at least with me around. So, in all I definitely recommend this place! Little pricy but TOTALLY worth it!

Very very slow people here. Not organized personel

We got a table, but manager was so rude that we had to leave. Not welcom place. I wish to talk to owners about it.

The food and coffee are delicious and the staff is always so friendly!! Love coming here for breakfast. :)

I could definitely tell they were understaffed, and that's not what the 4 stars is for. I did have to wait about 5 minutes before a hostess came to seat me....
