Anna's House - East Beltline

Our seat was next to the host station and the things we overheard were tacky. The male host took care of personal hygiene next to us and ruined my appetite. Pre appetite being ruined - the corn beef may have been good, but was cold. They do not do poached eggs and instead do basted eggs. I was told they are basically poached. The eggs were hard. The biscuits and gravy had no sausage which was disappointing but the biscuit did taste good. Would not go back especially if they allow for hygiene usage next to guests. Who knows what happens in the back.

Best to get on the waitlist via online prior to arriving, as this is a very popular spot. The atmosphere is very comfortable. The wait staff was friendly and efficient. However, my breakfast potatoes were not done, toast wasnt toasted and the eggs were below expectation and over cooked.

The hashbrown and fried eggs were soooo greasy. Even the (1 single), $3.00 biscuit I got was burnt and greased up on top and bottom ( definately not worth 3.00).. also the onions I asked for with hashbrown came brown in color and sweetened with sugar or something. I'll stick to the plainfield site.

Decent food but not overly special. A little pretentious. Pleasant atmosphere.

Dietary restrictions: I am gluten and dairy sensitive. I had the chocolate quinoa bowl which was delicious!!!! I also had the gluten and dairy free cinnamon roll which was incredible! Our waitress was Jade who couldn't been better! She was helpful, fun, knowledgeable , and ever so accommodating!! Thank you!!!!⁶ Kid-friendliness: Our waitress was Jade. She was terrific! Excellent service. Remarkable food. Pleasant atmosphere. Couldn't ask for anything more. Prices are high but a fair value for what we received. I had the breakfast lasagna. My daughter had the Mediterranean Skillet Bowl. We both loved our entrees. Find any occasion or reason you can imagine to visit Anna's House. You'll be glad you did.

Love the decor, service was great, so was the food.

We went with our Baby and they had a highchair that we could turn upside down and set the car seat in. Service was good and we enjoyed our food. My friend kept going on about how good his tea was. Parking: do not exit onto the beltline because holy smokes its SO steep. Even in an SUV we hit the ground with our bumper
