Most unprofessional customer service I've ever experienced. I was visiting the city so i bought a bag of frozen momos to take it back home. I asked for halal chicken but they gave pork by accident i found when i got back home. Mistakes happen that is fine so i called the restaurant to inform them just to let them not for the sake of return but this got on me and kept arguing back n forth. I was like okay thats it idc but he kept texting me calling me sending me pictures of the chats he had with people regarding the picture i shared of momos not only that but also he gave my number to some random customers, they were texting me saying how he is right and i m wrong. That was straight up harrasement. He also said dont lie to me other i will stop believing in my muslim customers and all that. All that drama but i never got my refund and all those went straight to garbage. My advice is to work on customer service skills.
Very bad customer service. Momo was very expensive and the taste is not worth it. The owner is very rude and he doesn’t how to talk with customers.
This place is beyond expectations. No words ...quality of food is excellent and gives a home taste....
Advertised veg momo but didn't sell, chicken momo good though 👍.Vegetarian options: None
Travelled from Sydney to Texas and Anita’s mo:mo was the best thing to bring back that Nepalese taste when you are away from Nepal.Momo here is better than Sydney!
Me and my husband loved the chicken Momos. Feels home made, has lot of meat inside. Very juicy and tasty! Next time want to try pork Momos
Overrated place, momo was okay but charging dollar extra for achar is not acceptable
Food was testy i real recommended .
Anita's momo serves exceptional dish that is a must-try for anyone who enjoys exploring new flavors and cuisines. These delicious dumplings are a popular street food in Nepal, and Anita's momo is one of the best I have ever had.
