Angry Crab Shack

Thr food was seasoned a bit different than expected. The sauce was missing something. However, the food came out fast and the service was pretty good. EXCEPT our server stated they don't do a Birthday song, but 5 mins later a different server came out with the cow bells singing the birthday song for a different table....? Just rude!

This is one of my favorite places to go. I've never had a bad meal from this location, definitely think it's better than the other one. My boyfriend and I split the Boil for Two and it was the PERFECT amount. He tried their Calamari (which he normally doesn't like)and this is the first place he has ever enjoyed eating it. I got the Half Dozen Raw oysters for myself and they were delicious. We had great service, super friendly and overall had an amazing time celebrating my birthday.

I would not revisit this place. The prices were outrageous plus the fact the menu doesn't show any prices of what you're getting. So your ordering blindly. Macaroni and cheese for the prices that you pay from a box is ridiculous. I cannot say that the crab itself was not bad, but for what you receive in the bag, the price was pretty high. Maybe I have high expectations of seafood. When I opened up my fish and chips the fish itself had the grease just coming out of it. And for their Cajun fries, there's nothing Cajun about the fries. Absolutely no flavor. All in all everyone at the table was disappointed. I will not be revisiting

Love the variety on the menu! My favorites are the Baskets and Seafood Boils. My go-to spot is the Eastside location on the corner of Broadway and Rosemont, but word on the street is that the Westside location also serves up some to-die-for Cajun-Asian-inspired recipes. Excellent service from a friendly staff—shout out to Juan on the Eastside—makes this the perfect place for family events, work hangouts, and date nights.

Mediocre food at best. I think it's more about the experience of eating with your hands off the table than the food.

Not any place I'd go to relax and have a drink they've got a loud obnoxious siren that goes off for birthday parties and stuff. Don't let you draw on the walls that'd probably be fun for kids or something staff seems nice enough but overall it's a bright loud place.
