If you have nothing better to do, don’t value your time, and like long waits for frozen deserts this is your place. I can only rate the customer service and not the custard as we waited over 30 minutes at the walk up window and eventually just left. Before you say “oh it must’ve just been busy” we were only behind 4 small groups of people. We watched as the drive thru line moved at a relatively good pace (cars that were 10th or more back in line while we waited had gotten their items and driven away) and the one open walk up window was generally ignored by the employees. When we left there were still two of the four groups left in front of us, so we figured we’d be there an hour waiting for custard. No thanks. This place seriously needs a better system. Won’t return.

Excellent frozen custard!! We waited in line for an hour but it was worth it! Made for an excellent late night treat :-) I would definitely come here again for a frozen treat!

Very displeased with what I got!!! I ordered a Stolen brownie Sunday without pecans... and I live five minutes down the road so of course I drove home before I checked to make sure my order was right., Which it wasn't., And when I tried calling the store back to have them correct nobody will answer the phone...ive called more than 10 times...I got a stolen brownie sundae without a brownie in it,..I thought they were fresh baked daily??.. If so how come I didn't get a brownie in my brownie sundae very disappointed

Normally I post pics but my medium "Bootkicker" concrete was inhaled b4 I could snap a photo. Andy's Frozen Custard is simply the creamest custard I have had in a long time. This stuff is worth the wait!!!!

Very good custard ! Overall great quality of items! I would say though, y’all need a better system when giving out orders. It basically was a free for all and if multiple people had the same order, we would just look at each other confused on whose It was. Felt bad for the young kids giving out the orders because the customers seemed confused and frustrated at them. It’s management that needs to create a better system and set up their employees for success. Will be back for more though !

Fantastic experience. Best icream experience around. Some of the best frozen custard around and their shop is cool like going back in time. I recommend just the plain vanilla. It's so good I can't bring myself to try anything else. Super busy

Not worth the hype, or the money. They’re new so I understood when my order was made incorrectly. The girl was rude about it, but you can’t expect too much from young kids.

This frozen custard was excellent. Maybe not better, but certainly as good as ice cream from Dairy Queen. It was very creamy and the service was very fast, something that can NOT be said about our local DQ. They also have a very cool heated patio area for walk up ordering/eating, and a drive thru, your choice. You should definitely give it a try.
