It was our first time trying this bakery. From the pastries we tried I can say the quality of the breads are good, but the filling that they call pistachio is nothing even close it’s a meringue based filling with excessive almond extract which is not pleasant to eat. When I gave them the feedback they said we don’t bake our pastries ourselves. Another interesting behavior we observed was when we asked for utensil and their response was that we have lots of customers and can’t give you more than one set. As if we weren’t a customer! The store wasn’t that busy either!!
Good quality, everything is tasty including sandwiches.
We ordered a bread for dine in and asked if they can warm it up in the microwave for just 20 seconds to melt the cheese a little bit, but they refused. Seeing the microwave at the back of the counter. I wish the manager can help better there service. Please manager educate your employees why they refuse to warm the bread if the microwave are just not doing anything. 20 seconds is not too much for your customers to enjoy the bread warm.
Clam chowder is good but the doughnut with filling was ok. Not crowded on Friday lunch time. I tried the cold brew coffee a year ago and it was ok too.
Walking arou d in Great Mall, other than the food court usual stuff Anderson Bakery has really good food and fresh backed goods. There are many options for freshly made sandwiches and salads as well. You can ask them to warm up any baked item you like and it increases the flavor many folds. Sitting space is a bit tight but is has some so that is fine. Definitely recommended place.
Is good pastry but is kind of expensive for what it is, is not french or Italian pastry but is very decent and again is expensive for each one, taste good and fresh .
Looks delicious! It proved that looks can be deceiving.
