Mexican Style

4 tacos, your choice of beef, pork or chicken. What is an authentic Mexican taco? Simply answered. It is improvised cooking in a folded tortilla. Our style is from the west central region of Mexico. White corn tortillas topped with flame-broiled beef, pork or chicken with grilled onion, wedges of lime, cilantro and a choice of salsas on the side. The joy is to experiment... Try one with grilled onion and green salsa with a squeeze of lime, another with red salsa and cilantro. The choices are limitless. Served with frijoles charros (a spicy bean soup) and garnished with your choice of Mexican coleslaw or lettuce and tomato.

1 rolled enchilada (green), 1 chile relleno, 1 beef flauta, green chile con carne with potatoes, beans and rice.

3 stacked enchiladas served with beans and rice and your choice of coleslaw or lettuce and tomato. Ask for onions.

A 10 oz. Beef, pork or chicken served piled high with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, guacamole and mayonnaise. Fish torta served with tartar sauce and French fries only (additional condiments or garnish on request).

Savory red chile, Mexican spices, diced pork and hominy. Served with lime wedges, chopped onion, cilantro and your choice of bread, flour or corn tortillas.

Two small, fried masa "bowl" filled with your choice of green or red meat, chicken & salsa ranchera, chorizo & potato or refried beans & cheese. Topped with lettuce, tomato and cheese.

What's a Mexican hot dog? Well, it's not a Chihuahua standing in the sun! This is unlike any hot dog you've ever had. We start with a grilled, bacon-wrapped all-beef frank, serve it in a specially baked bun, and then top it with pinto beans, grilled onions, diced onions and tomatoes, plus jalapeno mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup and jalapeno salsa.

1/4 lb. all-beef patty* on a fresh bakery roll. Topped with bacon, avocado, green chile, cheddar cheese and mushrooms.
