I came in really wanting to love the place. Very warm decor. Service managed to seat our large party on a busy night and was overall very accommodating. The food? My god, the food. The chicken shawarma doesn't seem to be actually cut off a vertical spit, and furthermore was just dry, flavorless, and sad. The shawarma plate seemed to be accompanied with, Vlasic dill pickle chips? And was itself underwhelming. As a coffee shop, was very excited to dive into some teas/coffee. The tea was served in sort of greasy, diner drinking glasses as opposed to a proper tea glass which I would expect from a spot like this. I'm not ordering a glass of Lipton at iHop, I'm supposedly at a Palestinian coffee shop. All in all, it's just not a great place. Maybe for hookah in the summers, the people were certainly very nice. I love great Arabic food, and this place just flops heavily on that note.

The restaurant when busy keeps everybody so close together. My party of two was sandwiched right next to others so I could overhear everything. I like the food here but I was so disappointed by the service; it took 30 minutes to order and once finished it took 30min before I just asked for my check since nobody was coming. When I approached the server she told me somebody paid for my meal, but then said she needed time to sort things out… she came up to me and my friend and then told us we’d be paying for the table who paid for us! It was so unprofessional but at this point we’d been there over an hour and a half. The server was pretty dismissive to our concerns about this and said “their check is cheaper than yours” as if that made the situation okay. And the check we were paying wasn’t even cheaper. It was a dollar more than what we ordered. Anyway, we paid and we’re on our way since the server left us to tend to something else. This restaurants food is good and when not busy it’s okay but that was a really disappointing thing experience

Just picked up coffee drinks. Lots of space, very homey with a mix of tables and benches, and personalized artwork. A large tea menu and a handful of fun espresso flavors like turtle (in the paper cup)

The people are PACKED like sardines in there, and the server refused to let me sit in a round table with 3 chairs because that’s a “three people table” even though there was an exact same “three people table” right next to it with one person sitting in it. She tells me there’s a spot by the window. Guess what? THERE WASNT ANY. So she offers me a table in between two tables that are packed with people and I’d be like 10 inches away from like 8 people and it’s disgusting. Try to leave some room for social distancing

Charming tea cafe with lots of varieties in tea flavors. We ordered the Moroccan mint and hot cinnamon spice and they were served in individual teapots. Very cozy seating for either a date or with friends and highly recommend! Service was wonderful too in spite of it being busy.

I went there with my girl friends, we reached just when they had closer their kitchen. Online the restaurant open time is till 11PM, we reached around 8:45 and they had already closed the kitchen. It was sad that the kitchen closes so soon but upon request they took our order and served us with good food. It's a nice cozy place, they serve coffee till late in the night around 10/10:30PM but wish they served it till 11. It's just on higher side with respect to $. Wish they get down the prices a bit atleast. I ordered a falafel plate I got 4 pieces of falafel , with a bit of hummus and salad and I paid around 15$ for it, which I felt was a bit too much.
