Amparitos Snowies

I went for the first time, First the lady asked me to bring to her the strawberry to prepare my strawberry with cream and she was in her phone all the time, she just didn’t want to walk I guess. I was nice all the time, I waited for ever, she was distracted and then when she started to prepare what I ordered, she answered a call, and she stopped preparing my strawberry with cream, after hang the phone. She said it was her boss and she needed to tell her what else they need at the store. Really bad service , she didn’t even explain good and being rude asking me to bring her something that was in her freezer and I was paying more than 10$ only for strawberry and cream. I don’t think I will come back again. Fui por primera vez, Primero, la señora me pidió que le trajera la fresa para preparar mi fresa con crema y ella estaba en su teléfono todo el tiempo, supongo que no quería caminar. Fui amable todo el tiempo, esperé para siempre, ella estaba distraída y luego, cuando comenzó a preparar lo que pedí, respondió a una llamada y dejó de preparar mi fresa con crema, después de colgar el teléfono. Dijo que era su jefe y que necesitaba decirle qué más necesitaban en la tienda. Muy mal servicio, ni siquiera lo explicó bien y fue grosera pidiéndome que le trajera algo que estaba en su congelador y yo estaba pagando más de 10 $ solo por fresa y crema. No creo que vuelva otra vez.

I feel like I learned so much during my visit here. I was a little worried at first about visiting because I don't speak much Spanish this proved to not be an issue. While the menu options were mainly listed in Spanish, there were lots of pictures to go with it. There was also English speaking staff present. We tried a mixed very slush and the coffee ice cream. Everything with made with attention to detail and by hand. There are so many other things I want to try on the menu and can't wait to go back! I will also add that everyone visiting there was so happy after they received their cool treats. We had conversations with several folks as we sat just outside to eat the ice cream.

Nice and friendly place, I Loved the snow ice with strawberries, peaches and some Milo. Definitely I recommend Amparitos Snowies

Muy mal servicio yo estaba parqueado esperando un familiar de cortarse el pelo y vi muchas personas que iban y querían abrir la puerta pero tenía llave y decía Open como una hora después llegó la trabajadora abrir muy mal servicio se van y dejan con las personas con ganas de una nieve.

I got the jarrito loco and my bf got a fresas con crema very delicious

Super sweet employees! It was me and my girlfriends first time here, he let us taste a sample of the Chamoy just to make sure we liked it first. It was great! I then got it on my fruits, my girlfriend got some AMAZING ice cream, and i got hot cheetos covered corn!! It sounds crazy but it was so good! 10/10 We will be back!
