Amir’s Nitrogen Ice Parlor

I love everything about this place. The fact that it is black owned and named after the owners son is top tier! I enjoy the whole vibe. It’s like a little science lab in there. Each ice cream ingredient is apart of the periodic table. Too cute! I got the birthday cake #7. It’s sweet but my favorite!

Ice cream & customer service were impeccable

Went on a Sunday evening. Hours online & on storefront said they closed at 9. However when we arrived at 8 they were closed, lights off, no sign on the door or anything. Hours of operation need to be updated & accurate.

Walked in trying to support a black owned business. Worker didn’t even greet us or looked up when we walked in. This was my first time there hoping for a great experience. I won’t be back.

The staff at Amir’s were so respectful, they showed great customer service, everything was explained great too me great,store was clean, and overall the ice cream was amazingggggg… Thanks Kira and Martravia.

Nasty- flys everywhere, no gloves were worn during preparation, actively using their phones and twisting their hair while prepping others ice cream. The employees hair was actually in the toppings several times, as well as bugs in other containers. At one point the employees left the store unattended while folks wanted to order. Would never recommend

My daughter was really looking forward to trying this place. We saw that they were open to 9pm so made a special trip to get some ice cream, however when we arrived at 8:20 the doors were locked and the lights were on. We finally got the girls attention working there and she just mumbled we closed early. Very disappointing.
