Coffee is great… but don’t video the cool vibes that include the workers without their permission… killed the mood when asking what their ig handle was.

Owners response to reviews alone make me not want to come here! I’m glad I read them.

Barista was quite rude. He yelled across the room as soon as we walked in “Dogs are not welcome” without even checking to see whether it was a service dog. Later after being told that the dog is a service dog he said that he doesn’t like dogs. First and last visit to this coffee shop.

Quite honestly, my favorite coffee shop. I stop here at least 4-5 times a week. Incredibly friendly staff, cleanest & nicest bathrooms, best made drinks & pastries & the vibe… spectacular. My husband & I love to try out new coffee shops almost every weekend; it’s been our thing for years. :) We’ve been to dozens here in Denver & this is by far the best. I must comment about the pricing left on other reviews. Fun fact - Drinks at other shops are around the same price as Amethyst, BUT Amethyst’s includes tip. Other shops don’t include tip so you are actually paying the same or more at the end somewhere else, depending on your drink. I think people aren’t realizing when they are stating the pricing is “slightly higher”. The staff at Amethyst are paid an actual livable wage, so they don’t accept tips. They are truly an incredible business & group of people, with whom I always look forward to seeing. Y’all have created something special. :)

Funky space, great coffee, decent location and wonderful staff… what else could you want in a coffee shop. That espresso is on point and the service will not disappoint. Glad to have these folx holding down a mean coffee game in the Denver scene.
