If you are in search for an exciting birthday experience for a little princess this is the place ! Great ambience, cute arrangements, private room holds up to 14 people (kids&adults), decent goodie bags and 1 activity (you choose at the moment of booking ). Was not very impressed about the food, like other places when you come for an experience a little chances to get savory food , but hey , kids didn’t care at all other than their dolls and just rummaging around the store! Thrilled to learn you can do a nail salon appointment or hair arrangement, ear piercing and just play around. Very polite and patient with kids staff!

Food at the American Girl Cafe was terrible. Definitely not worth the money. Buy a little seat for the dolls and go somewhere else. Not worth all the hype and everything is very overpriced. Never again!

Great experience. We had personal shopper Raquel help us and it really took a lot of stress off finding the perfect doll and accessories. She even helped with our salon and dining reservations.

Our first experience as vegan was not the best, but the manager apologized and invited us again. Today we gave another try and it was perfect. They had vegan cinnamon cookies and extra strawberries instead of cinnamon buns, and they also added roasted veggies and marinara sauce to vegan options. The atmosphere and the staff are amazing as usual. Hopefully, one day they will have a separate vegan menu too. We can't wait to be back. Thank you!
