American Express Centurion Lounge

Long line wait. 30 minutes to get in. Food was good as it usually is. No "To-Go" coffee cups. Said they were out.

It's ok for a quick lounge access

Food Choices were horrible. Couldn’t even find something edible outside the chocolate chip cookie. What has happened to the Centurion Lounge experience. I remember culinary offerings from celebrity chefs. Now I feel like I’m in a buffet line in Las Vegas.

So crowded! The lounge is nice but too crowded needs to expand the area!

Absolutely horrible experience trying to enter the AMEX lounge after getting off of a 10 hour flight, and trying to relax before my next departure. Leslie, was at the front desk and refused to stand up from her chair to see my documents once I had already pulled them out and placed them in front of her. There was no one else in line and she acted as if we were causing a problem for her. She then proceeded to yell at me and my partner when we were speaking to one another. We walked into the lounge to get away from her and she continued to yell at us as we walked away and more people had appeared in line. ADDITIONALLY, she made it a point to circle the lounge after we had been sitting inside to find us and tell us she saw our review. If AMEX was smart they would do something about her, this is the 4th review I quickly saw from the past 2 weeks about her specifically.

Horrifying customer service from Leslie. I am not one to ever write a review (let alone a negative one) but my friends and I were absolutely shocked by the disrespect Leslie showed us upon entering the lounge this morning. Our hands were full of our bags, so it took us a moment to pull our cards out (less than 30 seconds, and there was no one else in line behind us), and Leslie quickly grew impatient telling us to hurry and hand it to her (she couldn’t pick it up from the counter she said). After showing her everything necessary to enter the lounge, my friend and I were laughing about something that had happened on the plane and she shouted at us, “IS SOMETHING FUNNY TO YOU?” I was so confused I asked her to repeat what she had just said and she shouted at us again. We started walking away because we felt so uncomfortable, and she continued to yell after us in front of everyone else in the lounge. Completely unacceptable and not what I was expecting upon entering the lounge.

Had to wait 5 minutes to get in, but it was worth it!
