Tylan, at the Dothan store had a great personality. He was knowledge of the menu and patient. The location as a whole is a great dining experience.

First off this was the worst fast food service I've ever experienced in my life the fries were like a pillar of salt and old and greasy with seasoning, my order wasn't properly filled and the manager on Thursday night April 11 2024 told me to shake up the old oversaturated greasy fries instead of making me some fresh new fries as other restaurants do and wouldn't even make me new fresh fries let alone give me my money back nor make me a satfactory order. This was excruciatingly unprofessional,so they literally robbed me without a gun and he didn't even taste the fries for himself or anything of the sort, so I had to leave this poorly ran fast food restaurant without properly cooked food or anything at all ,which was robbery without a gun, but I told him y'all just have the money since the manager wouldn't even get my food done properly with a missed order as well so I literally just gave them almost 20 dollars for free!

All of the employees are great. I went through the drive thru and had the pleasure of meeting Tyler. Hi has an awesome customer service etiquette. He is always smiling.

I ordered my food and I asked for fry’s cooked to order. When they brought out my food it was not cooked to order. My frys were loaded with season, so I went back through to tell them. The manager said if I didn’t tell them no seasoning he could not replace my frys. For free. I had just paid extra for the frys which now I could not eat due to overload of seasoning. I explained to him that I could not have the seasoning due to health reasons. The manager said I could pull around, come in , and wait until he checked the intercom recording to see if I asked for no seasoning. I felt like that was such an inconvenience. I’m NEVER going back due to the customer service.

All the employees were super nice to me and helpful. I placed an Uber pick up order and they were very responsive about it. I had to delay it by a little bit and they made sure that my food was hot and ready when I swung by the taste of the food was pretty good, but unfortunately the chicken wings that American deli uses do not have enough meat on them. The actual cooking is good, but the quality of the chicken wing meat needs improvement because you are getting 1/4 to 1/2 less meat on each chicken wing in comparison to normal chicken wings. 20 piece chicken wings w onion rings costs approximately $22
