I ordered a hamburger and was not aware that ketchup is automatically put on the bun. I asked could I get another bottom bun because it had ketchup on it, told them I’d just wipe it off the hamburger. The cook said no you should have said no ketchup, I explained most places leave the bun plain or ask if you want …he still refused to give me a bun, so I asked for a refund! The cashier was very apologetic and understood that a half a bun wasn’t worth losing a whole sale! The cook even told me to call the number on the wall and report him cause he didn’t care. Lost a customer over half a bun!
I have been a patron of this business as long as its been opened, the customer service was great in the beginning, months ago the person on the register changed to the black lady with a lot of attitude that doesn't give a second to look the menu all while sitting yelling and screaming, on her personal cell, I continue to eat there because is better here but....Next in the recent months the black guy with dreads is not it, he doesn't speak, has an attitude and doesn't speak clearly. My food was sitting next to him, how I know I was the only person in the establishment, he didn't call my number until someone walked in the door he didnt bag my food. Just passed my food to me. Food was terrible that day. I'm done with this place Parking: Sometimes, when the lot is full because of the club next door, parking is available across the street at Kroger
Not good, dry wings and they looked weird, very small like a different type of animal! Save your money and put it in your tank dont waste time and gas here. Absolutely not worth the money.
