I missed a flight but American Airlines rescheduled to a new flight at free of cost and within very reasonable hours. I recommend them

Curious? What is the protocols to verify there are 0 bin space? I had to checked luggage when there are multiple overhead bins space. Now the flight is delayed by loading the check bags. Hummm operations appears an update! Why pack for a carryon when carryon becomes a checked luggage. Now the customer is plans are delayed by the need to pick up a checked bag.

Just asked a member of staff where the water could be found she really rude if you want to do a customer focus job then you need manners and the lady i encountered had none very rude.
