An amazing experience with 5 stars all round. The owner made us all smile and laugh as we had endured a long drive via Norfolk. The owner explained this was the 6th generation of Indian confectioners as this was a trade linked to the highest caste in Hindu culture which the owners "The Joshi family " belong too, they had also cooked in Africa, India , Sri Lanka and parts of the middle east for Sultans. Their business has been based on Belgrave Rd since the early 70s. Very tasty home made traditional Indian sweets a pleasure to visit and buy from. Pure vegetarian with a few vegan options as well. Please open a shop closer to Norfolk.

Don't recommend to buy Khaman & Bhajiya (Pakoda) i found something like beaf from Bhajiya(Pakoda) which is not acceptable from it.

The owner - Male. He is very rude. The way the ask and look at the customer as if they are not going to buy anything and been there only for time pass. Need to learn customer service and have patience.

The food / sweets are fresh and taste amazing, the owner is very helpful and loves to make people happy. He always has a smile on his face and that’s what differentiates his business from others ! Ten stars

Don’t know what happen to this onwner. Used to be friendly and their doda Burfi and milk cake was the best in Leicester. Bought £50 worth of sweets for Diwali and this time it was so horrible in taste. Only full of sugar. May be they have changed their cook. But when advised the owner rather than take it in a constructive way he took more like in an offensive way. Did not want to leave the review but due to his behaviour and not listening what customer actually wants. Leaving the review but he actually lost a long loyal customer.

Really disappointed. Weve been travelling to this place for years from Coventry as it's always been our favourite. The ambli chips were so awful, they've changed them to cheap, nasty fries, the sauce is also lacking flavour. It's a real shame as we used to love this product but we will not be returning again after this experience.
