Amaranth is a New York classic! Delicious food, friendly staff, upscale atmosphere. Whether you are here for a business lunch, romantic date or a special occasion - you will have a great time! Love their salmon with asparagus and delicious dill sauce and chicken paillard! Highly recommended!
