I ordered a menudo got home looked good started eating it was really oily it was over cooked or something but the texture of the meat sucked

The food is great all the time, but customer service not too good. I called to make an order and was waiting on the line for 20 min when I got to the place Brandon put me on hold for 20 min because he was on his cell phone with a personal called while me the customer was waiting on the line ! This is not the first time I have to wait that long on the phone line. But today I knew why. My food could be ready when I got to the restaurant but because Brandon was attending his called I had to wait and on top of that Brandon overcharged me I ordered the combo and he was charging me for beans and rice when the combo were supposed to come with.

Good food. They say their all the same, but their not. The cooks are what separates the restaurant. This is the one I go to, my choice over the ones on the westside SB. Parking: They always have parking, since it's never really packed, more drive thru customer's then walk in. Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap ♿️ parking and wheelchair accessibility.
