We had drinks and dinner here this eve. What a special treat. The service was very good. Drinks right away were served. Just a bit of delay on dinner order. I was amazed of the service of the staff and ensuring you were satisfied. Food was excellent. A wonderful selection. Dessert Teramisu excellent.
Went for my wife's and mine anniversary. Started downstairs at the bar for happy hour and then upstairs doe dinner. All aspects from cocktails to dinner menu was thoughtful and memorable. The black Manhattan was to die for. Went upstairs for a memorable dinner. Lobster and pasta was wonderful. Beet salad can't be beaten. Wine list awesome. We enjoyed Neyers is so good joining their wine club.
Best experience ever coming here. Huge shoutout to our waitress SARAH. She was so friendly and down to earth. My boyfriend's drink was too sweet so she switched it out to something more of his taste and ended up loving it. The food was amazing and delicious wood fired pizza. We got the tiramisu for dessert and all was a very good experience. The ambiance was perfect. If you get Sarah as your server, you won't leave disappointed.
This place is absolutely amazing! Best steak I've ever had!! Everything our table ordered was out of this world good! Can't wait to come back here! I wish we had Amalfi in New Mexico! Keep up the great work!! We LOVE this place!!!
This was amazing Italian food. The pasta is homemade and its to die for! I highly recommend the pasta. Great wine selection!
We ate here last night, and we definitely recommend it!AMBIANCE: Beautiful decor, energetic/lively environment, good music, not too loudSERVICE: Excellent. We got our food quickly and had no issues.FOOD: Wine - Griego di Tuffo - Everyone loved this oneAppetizer:Rachetta Calzone ($23) - This was great and perfect as an appetizer! I definitely recommend it!Calamari Fritti ($21) - I didn't try this because I don't eat shellfish, but everyone else loved it!Entrees:Puttanesca ($18) - I also did not try this, but my fiancé's dad ordered it and was so excited because he said you can rarely find that particular pizza outside of Italy. He said he would definitely recommend it to anyone that likes anchioves and olivesCampione ($18) - This was a classic pizza that was excellent Arrabbiata Pappardelle ($15) - I haven't had a really good arrabbiatta in a long time, and this one was as close as you can get to Italy. I would have liked it a touch spicier, but I love insanely spicy things, so that's my problem! I would definitely recommend the arrabbiata to those who like that sauceVeal Cutlet - I also did not try this, but my fiancé's dad loved itGnocchi Amalfitana ($26) - I also did not try this, but my fiancé's mom loved it and would definitely recommend itDessert:Tiramisu - The tiramisu was great for any fans of this dessert, and the chocolate sprinkles were a unique touchA pear ricotta cheesecake that was also very good!Overall, we would definitely recommend Amalfi Cucina Italiana to anyone that loves Italian food!
This review is for pizza only. Amalfi was always our weekly go to for pizza - delicious. The last two pizzas were not. Understanding the difficulty with shortage of help decided to try again. The pizza had minimal mushrooms, lumped up sausage, few chopped pieces of garlic. Knowing one of the owners is an award pizza chef only wish the pizza was as delicious as before. Price increase is justified poor quality not. So glad that their business is popular and survived COVID.
Beautiful place, great atmosphere and vibe, wonderful food, Everything was delicious! Very good Prosecco and desserts unbelievable. Overall a fantastic experience!
Went here for Anniversary dinner we have history at this restaurants location. Our food was good. Somewhat disappointed in the lobster special mainly because it was lacking in actual lobster. The presentation was great but it hid the fact the lobster was limited. Service was ok. Seems that they are lacking in actual staff. Prices are on higher end but that's to be expected these days. Will return hopefully they will be able to get additional staff.
I'll let you decide how you would rate the following.1. Got a table next to the window. The table is probably 4x4 feet. Made for a couple. No problem.2. Asked for ice water with a lemon. The water guy filled my GF's glass full. He filled mine half way with no ice. He did not bother to return and finish filling my glass.3. Waited over 10 minutes for a waiter. We ordered drinks and got them several minutes later.4. We waited several minutes later. The waiter eventually showed up after taking care of a group of thirty. He was taking drink orders.5. The waiter showed up. We were ready to order our dinner. We ordered a salad appetizer and a pasta entree. Advised we were sharing. I also requested some bread. 6. Here's where the fun begins.7. Got our bread and two small plates. Table also included 2 drinks. Before we finished half our bread; a young man showed up with two dinner plates. You guessed it, the appetizer and entree! All at once. Who does that? How much room do you think was left on the table. The plate server could care less; he dropped off the food and now was off to another plate drop.8. I called the waiter over. Asked, what is this? Can we have our appetizer first and then our entree?9. He politely took the entree back and advised they would prepare a new order of pasta. No problem!!! Sure they would. Did not happen.10. Upon arrival of pasta that was sitting under a heating lamp, it arrived.11. Were we offered fresh plates for sharing our entree - No. We had to ask for new plates. 12. We liked the salad and the pasta sauce was good.12. I'll go back when I'm ready to eat assembly line Italian food.
