This place is has horrible customer service ! I ordered my food and they delivered it burnt , and when I asked for it to be made over they got upset . The delivery guy is very rude and when you tip him he doesn’t say thank you ! They never apologized for messing up my orders more than once ! Also if your allergic to anything be careful , I have tasted onions on my breakfast and more . Real disappoint for a breakfast spot. Their customer service is horrible !

I came here for reuben sandwich and it was a good decision

I’ve been coming to Al’s for almost 12 years! The best deli across the street from Macy’s Herald Square. Love their food… breakfast, lunch and dinner! I’m so glad they survived post-covid. Order: Turkey Bacon, Egg, and cheese sandwich with black pepper and ketchup

Their hot meals are insanely delicious. I always have their baked chicken & potatoes with rice. It’s very filling. Ample sitting area & clean restroom. Hot meals are minimum of $13, so their prices are a bit high, however, their taste of food, & quick service is commendable.

It was crowded and noisy but the food was really tasty and the second floor was chill. A place to repeat

**EDITING MY REVIEW AS OF 2024: They’ve raised the prices on everything here and it’s not worth it anymore. Lady at the register is super rude and up charges for every small addition to your order. Since when does someone have to pay extra for green peppers to be added to a chop cheese? That comes on the sandwich. That’s what makes the sandwich. $10 for one sandwich is a joke, especially when it used to be $6/7. A shame.
