Great happy hour specials here, excellent service and good food

Alonzo’s has a nice happy hour menu from 4-6p. I ordered the Pirates Punch for a drink. To eat I ordered Warm Crab and Shrimp Dip and a 1/2 Pound Peel and Eat Shrimp. The Pirates Punch was a tropical mixture of fruit juices and rum, both light and dark. It wasn’t too sweet at all and was so refreshing drinking in the warm weather. The Warm Crab and Shrimp Dip was more cream cheesy than anything. The chips were stale, which I’m sure because of how hot it is here is something that cannot be avoided. The 1/2 Peel and Eat Shrimp can be served chilled or warm. I chose warm which it is steamed in a beer and butter mixture and what tasted like Old Bay seasoning. Christine H deserves more than 5 stars for her excellent friendly attentive service. She's very knowledgeable about the food, cocktails and the local area. A great personality. The terrace has a great location overlooking the harbour, and the food and drinks there are great.

Came for a lunch on Sunday and was able to get a table overlooking the marina. Great service and hospitality. The mahi mahi was fresh and tasty in the taco, platter and sandwich. All was done perfectly. Good experience and highly recommend.
