Mmmm. Declicious. Pricy, chic, good. Nice place to do a little work after lunch too.
First time going. As a no dairy vegetarian I was looking forward to the black bean soup. I was very disappointed. I was thinking something similar to Panera’s bb Soup would arrive. It was just watered down pureéd black beans that were very salty. I really felt cheated for the amount of money we paid. There was no texture no whole beans or chunks of them. It was a thin soup. I was really hungry and wanted a nice hearty thick soup of black beans. The taste was good but too salty. The country french bread was good. The cookie bites were great. Salad was great. Fresh. Service was excellent. I want to give this place 5 stars but not with the black bean water soup we had.
One of my families all time favorite breakfast spots in Atlanta. Also great for lunch or whenever. The torta espania is great.
Great food. Best vanilla latte in Atlanta. Awesome service. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere.
Between this and the other location I go to Alon at least 4 times a week. I’ll no longer patronize this location. Today the manager or gm(taller heavy set white bald man) decided to pull 2 sets of white people who were behind me in line out of it to expedite their purchase. He looked me in my face both times and clearly knew they were behind me. I’m a young black man and won’t be going back. I have to decide if I’ll be going to the other one again. In response to your reply - your response would hold except he started by pulling from the front of the line and then when it got to me he changed to the back of the line.
The food may be overpriced but the convenience, service, and the twice baked almond croissant is the best you’ll ever have.
The atmosphere of the cafe was so pleasant, the service was amazing and they serve the best tiramisu that I’ve ever had in my life. It’s not that expensive either :)
Delicious pastries and cookies ..!!
