Nothing like great Hawaiian and island food when visiting Reno, NV Help support local owned businesses Mahalo Nui Loa Kakou

Our go to is the shack chicken. It hits all the notes of savory and spice you want from a great dish like this. The rest of their menu is great. Teri chicken, katsu chicken, etc. Why go somewhere else when you have locals cooking up some delicious food right here in the north valleys. Have been waiting to check this place out. It did not disappoint. Wish I would have taken some pics. It just didn't stop going down once it started!!! lol!!! When you want something authentic and genuine give this place a try. I was extremely happy.

Absolutely solid. Spare ribs, spam masubi and the rice are all really good, puts L and L to shame ;)

A delightful local restaurant that we don't see a lot in North Valleys. It is a quiet little hole in the wall with very little advertising.But I strongly recommend North Valleys locals to try it out at least once, especially before trying similar chain restaurants. This restaurant prepares a delicious plate of wings, no matter what kind you are getting, and their rice is superior to any other kind of rice I have gotten from a fast food restaurant. They also make a mean spam masubi, and their malasadas are nothing to sneeze at. That being said I strongly recommend staying away from anything cheese related, They are amazing cooks within their wheelhouse but they only use pump cheese, Which is not my favorite. That being said, the staff is always friendly and courteous and usually has what I need on time when I come to pick it up. The food is also clearly.The restaurant remains under decorated, So it's not exactly a sittin place, but there is some nice memorabilia adorning the walls.

Poke bowl with cabbage (instead of rice) was delicious! Fresh tuna poke, cucumber salad, on top of their shredded cabbage is my go-to lunch when working in Reno! Definitely worth the trip.!
