Whenever I ordered seafood and chicken katsu meal they always never include the tartar sauce and katsu sauce. I grubhub this order so its annoying that we are require to ask them in person. I always made a note to include to include the sauce but the never do. I'm always stuck with dry chicken and no sauce. Lesson learn. Not going to eat at any aloha hawaiian BBQ chain again. It's like that with the other chain stores.

The portions for the price is crazy!!! Never in my experience going to a Hawaiian bbq have i gotten a smaller portion!! Never again this place is the worst! don’t go if you want to spend $18 bucks just to get a piece of chicken and meat.!

Got recommended this spot years ago and I've kept coming back only because its fast, cinsistent, and delicious. I've been stuck on the chicken plate as its always juicy and tender-- but everything is pretty great. Plus there's like a 8.99 broccoli protein bowl-- hard to find lunch under $10 thats this good.

Good food, sumptuous portions, friendly patrons. Love the volcano chicken wings (spicy).

The chicken was a little undercooked, I used to be a be a big fan of this chain,I remember before covid they used to give you a lot of food I always got the Hawaiian bbq mix but yesterday when i went it's was barely one spare rib 2, pieces of beef and one whole leg and thigh piece
