Aloha Fresh

So expensive and it taste not really good. No sauce add on just the taste from the sauce already mix with fish. Just few kind of vegetable.

Poke variety is so broad here. All of what I have tasted is fantastic. The spam musibi is pretty good as well. Give it a try if you want some extra variety. The icing on the cake is that employees are super friendly here, too. Aloha Fresh is a wonderful gem of a spot. If you have not tried this place yet, give it a try!

Super craving Hawaiin style poke and Aloha Fresh def hit the spot. There is no indoor seating, but we got lucky with a parking spot right outside so we sat in our car to enjoy our feast. Service was super friendly and there were a good variety of fish options. It was so hard to pick and we loved all the ones we tried. And the sides also didnt disappoint. Can't wait to come back and try the other options! Parking: Mostly metered street parking

I've eaten here before and enjoyed the food, although the price you pay for the amount of fish you get leaves you wishing you had more. This review is for the service I got a few days ago. When I walked in, the 2 employees looked at me, didn't smile or say "welcome" after I greeted them, and continued talking to themselves. The one helping me suddenly disappeared and I had to ask the second one "who is helping me" before she gave me a dry reply. They also don't have a sign right by the crab salad that it costs extra nor did they let me know (you have to see it on the TV menu or receipt). I've worked at a poke spot before and we always diligently informed people about extra costs. When I was rang up, she walked away before I could select a receipt option and had to call out to them about getting my copy. No "thank you for coming" or anything. I've worked many food service jobs and it's basic etiquette to provide decent customer service. There were a handful of moments where they could've offered up basic information (# of fish scoops in a certain size, fish flavors), but decided to be aloof instead. Or even snide, as I peered up at the menu, she interjected their flavors were what they had in the display (not what I was looking for).

Went here pre-pandemic 4 years ago and it was just ok, but I decided to give it another try. Now, it's even better than Santo market! I don't know what they did but this is definitely one of the best poke in California, and I've been to most of them in Socal and Bay area. Get the Spicy Shoyu Ahi

Best poke I’ve had outside of hawaii

The toppings/sides are pretty limited but the quality of the fish (actually fresh, not just in the title) is excellent. I have another poke place that is very good and has great options (many different sides and lots of sauce choices) to pick, but Aloha Fresh is not that kind of place. This is where you come when you care about the quality and taste of the fish more than anything else. Which I do. It's a drive for us, but it's worth it. A couple notes: no brown rice, but they have black rice. They have non-fish options (chicken, as well as shellfish options). They have sizing options (standard is 2 scoops of fish but there is a 1 scoop option and you can add more fish paying by the pound). When you pick your fish option, they're already marinated; you do not pick a sauce to mix in with everything. They do not have dine in options (no tables at all inside or outside) but there is a bench outside.
