Imagine not paying your staff but taking money for yourself. I’ve worked at several small businesses, you pay your staff before you pay yourself. No staff = no money.

This is close to frozen dinner style Italian. I ordered the Garlic Cheese bread, the Tuscan onion soup and the lasagna. Somehow, they all tasted exactly the same. I imagine it's because they use large amounts of the same generic dried seasonings on all of it. Also, the noodles were definitely NOT homemade and fresh as they advertise. Now that I know he's not paying his staff, working with an expired business license and using his 600k ppp loan to take personal vacations while his staff waits to be paid, I can say I 100% will NEVER be back. The food across the street at Keg Cowboy is way better, go there instead.
