Top tier service and an exceptional wine and cocktail menu. The short rib on special was cooked perfectly. My parter got the NOLA style BBQ shrimp and while it was intense, the flavors blew me away. By far, the best dining experience we had in Little Rock. Would recommend for a good meal or a special occasion.
I had an amazing experience the owner was very attentive and down to earth and our server Randy has the best service hands down. Randy was fast, efficient, kinds and loved his sense of humor. Would definitely be back because the food was also amazing!
We were the only Hispanics eating in the restaurant and the waiter who was serving us did not treat us the same as the others. He almost never approached us to ask questions. The food was delicious but the waiter's service was terrible. His name is Sylas S.I understand why Hispanics, African-Americans and people of different races don't go to eat.they treat us differently
Came here for the first time from out of town for Valentines Day. The menu is perfectly balanced and full of flavor. Will be back just to have Randy as my server again. Parking: Valet service is on point.
Went there to celebrate my toddler daughters birthday. Made us wait 30 mins in the car first, then another 30 mins in the waiting area. Than another 30 mins on the table for the server to come take an order, they literally took 50 mins to get us our food, which was served cold and over cooked, the server had some kind of an atitude towards us as well, the ticket was for $180 for two people and 2 kids that literally didnt eat anything because it was cold, worst experience still gave servier $30 tip, which he still didnt appreciate after the entire experience. Do not recommend anymore
Made my family and I wait so long to get proper service and table, servers looked extremely frustrated and overwhelmed, seemed like they were overbooked and understaffed, took a lot of time to get my food out which was borderline cold, why are good restaurants in LR losing their taste and service? Do not recommend anymore after having a second distasteful experience.
My new favorite restaurant! Every time I have gone it’s amazing food and amazing people. Tonight our waitress Emily was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure our experience wonderful even though they were very busy. We will be back soon.
Allsopp & Chapple has been our go to restaurant for the 5 years. However last night we went and it was not upto the quality of food and service we normally recieve there. It was not super busy as it was a Wednesday but service was slow there were only two waitresses. The mousse was amazing as ever. But our meal was not the plates came out piping hot but the food on them was not. My husband had the chicken and I had the special short rib. The rice grits were bland and the texture was not pleasant. The mushrooms also left a lot to be desired. Normally a manger would stop by and ask how the dinning experience was but that did not happen. I truly hope it was just off night as this is not the same restaurant quality we have come to enjoy there.
The fish needed more flavor.
This is a nice place for an upscale meal. The dining room is a dimly-lit shotgun layout, evoking the feeling of a more-spacious New York City restaurant. Upon entry, I was met with the smells of Axe and sewage. The restaurant had placed Bath & Body Works Wallflowers in the room to mask a plumbing issue, it seemed. The scent was too strong, reminiscent of a teenage boy who was heavy-handed with the body spray. Our server was nice, making recommendations when asked and complimenting the choice of appetizers. My dish was pretty good: the Airline Chicken. It was just a little dry, but the crispy skin was delicious, and it had a lemon sauce on it. I also enjoyed the sweet potatoes, despite them coming with an unadvertised balsamic glaze I did not care for. For dessert, the chocolate chip bread pudding was very good; it did not need the bourbon sauce, which took away from it.
