4 years in US... After having Nihari from various places... This is the 1st time I had NIHARI... The taste was/is unbeatable... I'm definitely coming back... Only advice if they can add Sheermal to their menu, will make it on the top... No. 1 for me by far...
After a lot of procrastination and 'lets stick with the usual' situations, I have finally indulged into the culinary bliss that Ali's kitchen served up! The nihari is the absolute best I have had so far. The saag gosht is flavor packed and wholesome. Although be aware that the cuts in the saag gosht are a mix of meat and tendons (I know individuals who stay away from the latter). The food was a take out so I cannot comment about their dine in services but I could see a lot of happy faces there. Anyway, I am curious about the other stuff on their menu and will be back soon.
Great Nihari! Go there often for it.
Pretty basic. Low prices but you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this place
They forget items in the order and then don't answer their phones when you try to call them. Would not order from again, be wary.
I’m new to Chicago and have recently visited Ali’s Nihari for an iftar dinner. The food, service and staff were all 5-star. A must-go place if you love Nihari and chops
Nihari was excellent. Kabab was a bit dry. Overall a good experience.
