Their el Segundo location has a nicer vibe. We always get the poke to go (no where to sit to eat). Quality is good but you only get the premade poke over rice.
Came here on a Sunday night to takeout ~15 minutes before they closed and they had already cleaned everything out and wouldn’t take my order.
This is my favorite poke spot in LA. The quality and freshness is unbeatable.
味付けは普通、お米は乾いて硬くなってました。サラダとライスのミックスにできるのはいいですね!まぐろの量もたっぷり入ってました。
Great fresh poke that I can't get enough of! I usually go there weekly for my fix of poke like I'm in Hawaii. Parking can be difficult at times for to the drive in Starbucks depending on where you enter the lot from but it's not to bad. Haven't had a long wait for service ever. No place to sit and eat but that's ok with me.
I had been hearing about this spot from many different people so last week I finally convinced my boyfriend to bring us home a couple bowls. I thought the fish was pretty fresh which is important! But we are talking like 2 ingredient bowls here. You have the fish part and then rice (or salad). The rice was so bad. So many hard uncooked pieces. I had what would have been a hopefully filling meal became a light snack because I couldn’t stomach the rice. Boyfriend did not enjoy his rice salad combo either, and didn’t find his fish to be as fresh as mine. When half the dish is inedible it’s a no for me.
The best poke I’ve had since leaving Hawaii Next time I need to pack a ton of Kalua Pork and take it home!!
Some people have had a good deal and the location made it on a top eater list. I will just say that they allow you to sample the poke. Be brave enough to walk out. I thought the poke was terrible, but felt awkward. I miss that 20 bucks I spent. No one else should have regret spending their money.
