Sandwich costed $23 but was not worth $23. Bread was 8 inches long at most. For $23, I should be getting a footlong. However, the ingredients were delicious, hence the 3-star review.
Waiting for 45 minutes past the pick up time is not it...
Sandwich was deeply mediocre. Soft bland bread might as well have come from subway. “Porchetta” serves as a thin sliced deli meat…
I dunno fellas … I’ve bought fresher bread at the grocery… and I’m pretty sure I ordered a porchetta hot sandwich, not a cold mortadella sandwich. The bread was getting stale and I had to rip it by grabbing with my teeth and pulling with my hands. The sandwich itself was pretty tasty and the americano was good, but for a total of $20 I was definitely expecting more. In comparison, Al Antico Vanaio in Hell’s Kitchen gets you a massive sandwich for about the same price, and you only need to eat half in that case.
Incredible sandwiches. Great bread and toppings, very interesting combinations too. Will not disappoint
It cost $25 to recreate a Pasadena Roma Market $7 sandwich. But it was tasty.
