Great almond croissant. Flaky, not over sweet, strong almond flavour.

Their almond croissant was not bad. Too yeast-y personally, but it was nice and rich without the flavor of almond extract. Staffs were very nice and friendly.

ATTENTION DO NOT GO HERE IF USING A CARD!!!!!!!!! I KEEP GETTING CHARGED $5.29 EVERY week or every couple days. I haven't been in Cali in 2 weeks. There is most likely a card skimmer. My friends are getting charged too so we are notifying the police. Food was good but not worth having to lock my card. Everyday because they can't keep hold of financial transactions.

Worst service. The store looks good, all cakes, pastries look vey fancy. We ordered a coffee in a cup to sit in the sore and enjoy our coffee, they provided in a paper cup to let us go since the store was busy. You pay for a great coffee but no difference in quality and service. I won’t come back again.

I ordered these small cakes for CNY and since I was already there for pick up I went and tried their black sesame croissant, the viral flat croissant and a honeycomb latte. Good thing they still have the mango-flavored one. Their croissants are very tasty and so is the coffee. Their Chinese New Year cakes are delicious too!!! I like the dragon and the mandarin-shaped cake. Will definitely try their other croissants when I’m back in Mountain View.

I was really excited to try this patisserie and was pretty disappointed. My husband and I each got a hazelnut flat croissant. It was beyond disappointing. It tasted burnt and the bottom of it was definitely burnt. It was dry and had an unpleasant flavor. I honestly didn’t even bother eating the whole thing because it was that bad. I can’t say much about their other pastries but I am not encouraged to go back to try them anyway. The floors had crumbs everywhere and it was pretty hot in there as well. No fans or AC.

Their individual cakes are super delicious. We got the pistachio one. The interior is beautiful. It is somewhat pricy though so I consider it a special treat.
