I had to get Something last minute, Jason not only found the perfect cake .His customer service skills are phenomenal. If I could give 10 gold stars, I would. The prices are very comparable to any grocery store prices. But the service is more personable and truly they're glad you're there. In this society where it's lost its customer service ability. This place excels above them always.. Great job JASON

I have only great things to say. The price of baked goods cannot be beat. I got a huge whopping slice of carrot cake cheesecake torte today for 4 $. The frosting lightly sweetened you can eat it without feeling sick. Cheesecake with the perfect sourness to counteract against the sweet cake that is so moist it doesn't even need a frosting. Everything I've tried has been ridiculously good and cheap. Horns are fantastic. The gourmet cupcakes are huge, delicious and cheap. The creme brulee bread pudding.. dear Lord it's good. They also do bogos to get an even better deal. This place is a staple and we all know about it, but I had forgotten just how good it is until I tried the German chocolate brownie at the fair. Immediately had to come in to the store to try more items! The sandwiches are great, pricier than the pastries though which is to be expected cause of rising prices on meat. I've been to a lot of bakeries and this one is by far the best and most reasonably priced, that offers both American and Hispanic items. Also the decorated cakes are shockingly cheap for such large and ornately decorated cakes. Keep doing what you're doing, Alessi.

We went the day before Easter so the bakery was very busy but well organized and good customer service. It was all very good, I had cuban sandwiche and my son had eggs and cheese sandwich we also had pound cake, so good, and a mini tress leches parfair, a mini pinapple upside down muffin. All of it was good and we will have to come here again when we come to Tampa.

My husband and I just went here for the first time and we got the Crème Brûlée bread pudding… I wanted just a taste when we got home and ended up eating the WHOLE THING. Seriously, this might be the best dessert I have ever had. We also got the buttered Cuban bread and it was incredible as well… I’m going to be dreaming about this bread pudding for the rest of my life. A MUST TRY!

Everyone seems genuinely happy to be working there. The cuban was fantastic. The baked items we got were amazing. Shame I don't live closer.
