Service is always top knotch. Great laid back place to hang!
Best little bar in Tuscaloosa!
Friendly bartenders. The signature drinks are quite tropical for my tastes, and may be for you if you don't tend to like sweet/fruity drinks, but I did order the white Russian and a negroni, and they were good. Inside was a chill vibe. Outside had live music and was fairly loud, hard to find seating outside and the tables left were right in front of the band... it's quite loud. If you don't enjoy that, don't come at a peak time (I was there on a Friday night). I will be back at this bar, however either with ear protection or not at peak hours.
This was my favorite seat down bar where I felt safe and welcomed. I happened to usually have the same bartender who has been so polite to me. One day a different bartender was there and she was rude and had inappropriate behavior towards the situation. I can have issues speaking clearly due to a bit of social anxiety. She asked for my ID which is fine though a bit annoyed as she was going to serve me without asking until I stumbled my words. She is screaming for it and scanning it up and down. At this point I just wanted to left alone as I know I could not be in any legal trouble as it is my real ID. She then screamed out the days till I needed to update my licenses and it wasn't like "Hey just so you know". I made it clear to her that I require a particular license for my career and was told by a state trooper to get it done all at once to avoid paying more money. Then she wanted to be nice and respectful....and I left a tip in case she was just having a bad/stressful day. I might come back but will never order from her
Service can be slow when they're busy, but it's still excellent. You can order pretty much any drink you want. It's a classy place. Space is tight when it's crowded. Parking: Parking depends on the time/day. You may have to park around the block, but it's rare that you can't find anything within a block.
