Alchemy Juice + Coffee

My review is based off the fact that when I went to this location, it was 8:45am and no one was there. I specifically went to this place for one of their beverages and they listed their hours online, well...why is it that no one had any info on why this place was not open? non of the folx at Casa de Luz knew why they were closed. Their social medias had no announcement on this place not being open by 8:45am. I wasted time and money and when I reached out tho let them know, they did not take any accountability and clearly do not care if customers come back so I won't. Vegetarian options: n/a

I have been a fan of juices for years. I found Carly online and when visiting Austin we decided to give Alchemy juices a try. I can honestly say these are the best juices I've ever had. Now, traveling full time, we order them once in a while and have them delivered where we are in the US. I highly recommend you try them. They are rich, organic and delicious. You feel the nutrition getting into your cells!!

I’m a huge fan of Alchemy for so many reasons! Their juices support my body on a cellular level, and they’re delicious. The nut mylk and made-to-order functional beverages are divine! Don’t even get me started on the chaga chocolate donuts that they can barely keep in stock these days. YUM! Alchemy is a lovely little spot in the oasis that is Casa de Luz, and the cafe in Dripping Springs (where I go more often) is airy and bright. In Dripping, they serve amazing smoothies, açaí bowls and avocado toast made on GF sourdough. The team is wonderful, and the owner, Carly, is a gem!

If you’re looking for healthy, tasty, and beautiful drinks look no further. This spot has some delicious and beautiful concoctions to make sure you still get great tastes with great healthy option. It is tucked away in a tiny corner of the complex next to casa de luz. My new obsession is the beauty water!! Low carb and great health impact AND taste.

My favorite place. I do my hydrogen water there. I buy the juices. The dripping one is by my work, I'll drop by this one on the weekend. Excellent products I can count on for my health! I relied on some after my appendix burst and the surgery. It's about the only place I spend food money on.

Both the coffee and Chaga are high quality and the lattes made with them are delicious. The baristas are always friendly and make suggestions when you’re deciding between options.
