Denying lounge access and asking for $30 to enter despite having a first class ticket and max status with a partner airline.
Basic lounge food with standard beverage.
Friendly staff, small facility but adequate, good food, coffee, espresso compared to other airline lounges (especially the breakfast sausage at this Alaska lounge). Other Alaska lounges are bigger with even more dining options but this is my favorite.
Good lounge. Great staff. Especially Wesley!!
This is a nice little lounge in LAX for Alaska airlines. The staff is always so friendly, and there's always great beverage offerings, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They have a Coca-Cola freestyle machine, and you can get custom-made coffees from behind the bar. There's always warm and cold snacks available, with healthy options that are abundant. If you want something more substantial than what's offered, you do have the option for some additional menu items for additional cost, like pizza. It can get a little crowded at times, but it's a very comfortable space.
Membership is worth it, especially if you’re a frequent flier. Great coffee and light bites to eat. Really love the quiet space away from the hustle of the airport.
