Aladdin Food Express (Halal)

Their lunch starts at 12pm (we made the mistake of going earlier and had to wait). We ordered chicken biriyani and butter chicken. They did not have parathas/nan as they were sold out in the morning. But when they saw my husband felt disappointed not to have nan (he can’t eat butter chicken without any bread), he asked the cook to make two extra Nans for him (we didn’t even know! It was extremely nice of them!). Chicken biriyani was great! We ordered medium spicy and even for me who likes spicy foods, it was SPICY spicy! So I would ask people to order mild if you don’t/can’t eat spicy foods. The portion of the biriyani was great! We could not finish all and brought some back home. The butter chicken had a bit too much sour yogurt, but with the biriyani it tasted great. The nan was amazing too! Soft and delicious. I will go back again, especially to try their breakfast menu! The guy who took our orders and served the food was a great host! He was nice and kind! The way he did a favor to us by making the nans, I really appreciate it!

Ordered the fried tofu salad, mutton curry and plain naan. All fresh and delicious. Mutton was so tender that I hardly had to chew it. Place was clean overall, but some of the tables didn't look like they had been wiped down and there was trash stuffed in the booth we sat in. Bathroom was not well lit, water never warmed up and the hand dryer only blew cold air. For the price the food made the trip here absolutely worth it. Will come back to try more of the menu.

Hard to reach them

Excellent food, amazing service, and spacious, I was travelling south from Canada and came across this gem of a restaurant, the authentic Burmese food, we all loved it, the flavour burst the food was ecstatic, and the Tom Yum soup was heavenly, I highly recommend people travelling from Ontario please make sure you visit this spot and try their authentic Burmese food, for the people running this joint keep up the great work.

I never had Indian food before and decided on Thursday that that was going to be the day. The staff was so welcoming, friendly, and patient, they helped me with the menu which was great since I had never tried the cuisine before. I ended up with the butter chicken and it was amazing! I also got a side of naan bread, which I had tried before, and the order they gave me was HUGE. I think I found my new favorite lunch spot!

Good taste awesome and prices are affordable. Staff are nice too HOWEVER I would say the medium spicy is still pretty spicy so watch out for that if you have low spice tolerance like me

The food here is amazing! I tried the lamb biryani, which was amazing! The rice was perfectly seasoned and the lamb was excellently cooked. A must try place for biryani!!

Absolutely excellent! I haven't had fish curry this good since my time living in the UK. I will certainly be going back, and so should you!

A force to be recognized!!! If you're looking for authentic Indian food, with spice that won't burn your wallet you've come to the right place. Made to order and a all around mouth savoring experience that will have you saying ill be back tomorrow.
