Aladdin Arabian Food

(12 April 2024 around 17:45 ) Today was my the first time to visit this restaurant and will be the last day i will never ever came back and I'm just giving this tip to other people to be aware, the service I've received was really bad i wasn't happy at all i felt bad and i tried to come out thousands time but i decided to see and till the end, so i ordered my oder at the counter and there was a man was very rude unprofessional special when he was talking the oder from me was ignored me and I've got shocked and i went to sit and I've been waiting more than 30 minutes while my food was ready on the table then one of the girls came to me and she took it my oder again with in 2 minutes she came back and gave me my food I don't know why that guy doing that things to the customers maybe the management don't know his attitude but anyway shame on him, again I'm gonna say thank you for all girls how they really quickly help me they were very nice friendly and professional thanks

If possible I will give 0 star for the service. I noticed 4 staffs there. Nobody is dealing customers with a basic manners. Iam surprised how the owner got these kind of staffs. If one or two staffs in a shop are showing lack of manners we can understand that, but if all the staffs are dealing with the customers in a ridiculous manner how can we accept that?? They don't wish the customers. 'sorry, thank you, you're welcome, helo' these kind of words are not in their dictionary. The dishes was just awesome,ambience is above average. Another problem is they are charging more money from us. They charged £ 7/£ 8 extra from us. The owner either update your menu if the Price is increased or change your staff if they are charging more from the customers. If these are not changed that will effect your business, anyway your food was simply delicious. I think only the chefs are doing the job well.

RATS!!! Wanted to try this place as walk past daily but notice large amount of rats running around at the back of the restaurant as its so dirty and messy they leave the food and bins out. Have even seen the rats going in and out of the kitchen!! AVOID

We had breakfast, the food was bad for us Syrians, perhaps other things need to be added to suit everyone
