Al Barakah Halal Meat (Hand Zabiha)

They took my order and then said they don’t deliver in my town! I tried to speak to manager to proceed for refund. Apparently they don’t have an office and the representative on helpline have no information. She doesn’t even know much about the business and her answers are how do I know? I asked for the manager and she said and I quote “He is not There” The letter ‘There’ shows the helpline representative isn’t in the office! Or they’re operating remotely. Any how I’m unable to speak to the manager and now they’re not picking up calls from my number. Just to mention here, the representative hung up my call, while I was speaking!!!

Very good place it will easily fill you up

The meat isn't fresh. The employee was asking for tip and the owner is an ignorant and mean person.

There is a totally different business at this address of 160-02 Hillside Avenue. What's going on?

Assalammualikum.Some reasonable word.They knows very well speech to make you comfortable ,they doing the Halal business but they don’t know what is the Halal way to make money.there most employees they didn’t gat their Paycheck.Also I am the one I didn’t get my paycheck since one year almost. Somehow they blame me. Those people are doing the Halal business which is not Halal, they selling their Deen and Imaan?

Its been a year that I am ordering through Al Barakah. The quality is very good (don't believe anymore, the quality of bother meats and chicken has degraded for the last 6 months).

Not fresh! Be careful when ordering. The meat delivered stinks and watery as if the meat has been in their refrigerator for a week or two before being delivered. No way this meat could be fresh!!!!. Meat delivered from online order could be a week or more old! There is literally no way you can do anything else or return merchandise or get your money back!!!

Very lousy customer service. Deliveries are never on time or never completed altogether.

I love this grocery, especially the deli.

I ordered for the first time. They screwed up. I never received the meat. Never received my money . They said they going to send me the second time. Still I didn't get the stuff or money.who ever deliver have no experience. I belive. They need to be trained
