Went home crying on my birthday… Found this place on TikTok and I must say it’s overhyped. We came here for my birthday on the 16th and we had made a reservation the day before for 8pm. My parents got there before me and was told that they didn’t have a table for us and they hurriedly cleared out a table near the window for us to sit in and were sat very late. Mind you, it was snowing and so cold that day and the window was so drafty. We asked for warm water and we were brought ice water. The food was alright but most of the sushi rolls such as the tuna and salmon had this weird tempura in the middle and it was obvious filler which tasted so off. We also ordered a bunch of the stuff on the sheet which was never brought out. The staff would pop in once in a while but stay for a millisecond at most. When it was time to pay, we left the tip we felt was right for being seated very late - sitting near a drafty window and shivering throughout our meal (I am not joking) and being shorted on food we ordered after paying damn near $40 for per head (party of five). A manager ( I assume) came up to us and demanded rudely and very loudly infront of the whole restaurant asking us why we didnt tip more. We were dumbfounded. He kept shoving the iPad back asking us to tip more even when we told him that’s what we felt was reasonable. It was a special day for me as it was the last birthday I got to spend with my family before they moved away and it was ruined because of them. Went home crying on my birthday. Overpaid. Shivered for an hour. Shorted on food. Badgered for tip. Never. Going. Back.

Ordered sushi here back in October of 2022 for pick-up. Unfortunately, the sushi was not too great and it was quite expensive. Parking: There was parking on-site.

Haven't eaten there yet. I'm just trying to figure out if they're still open. I've been trying all night to call to make a reservation and it does one ring and then says they don't have a mailbox. I don't want to drive all the way there to find out we can't get in
