AJ's Mediterranean and Tanuki cakes is the creation of the husband-and-wife team of Michael and Emma Jaber, who live in the community. AJ's Mediterranean new to Edwardsville but is a long-standing family-owned restaurant in St. Louis that has been serving the St. Louis community cuisine for over a decade. With a full array of appetizers, salads, and entrées, as well as a bakery full of sweets, we are proud to provide the Mediterranean and legendary hospitality that is the hallmark of Mediterranean cuisine.
