Excellent food! Fast and courteous service. I will definitely go there again.

Everything good as always...but they are dropping the ball on steaks..I grill a lot and I can tell when a steak is not fresh cook!...next time I'll ask the cook to give a fresh cook one and not a warmed one and dry out!

The menu reminds me of the ones from the 70s. Hot roast beef sandwiches and mashed potatoes, and delicious chicken fried steak. Yummy comfort foods.

This delightful cafe is now on my Go To list of places to go eat whenever I visit the VA Medical Center. The food is good and wholesome...the portions are generous...and the prices are reasonable. The server we had was cheerful and attentive. We also like the atmosphere and the cheerful camaraderie we observed between the servers and obviously regular, if not daily regular customers to this fine little café....which wasn't surprising. We will definitely return.
