Ajisen Ramen (Chinatown)

My partner and I recently went for dinner at Ajisen Ramen. First, I would like to express my gratitude for the amazing service. To be honest, I haven't experienced such excellent service even in Michelin-starred restaurants. The food was delicious, and I appreciate that all the broths were available as vegan options. My partner particularly enjoyed the steak. However, the eggs didn’t seem to be marinated enough. Overall, the food deserves 5 stars. As for the atmosphere, the furniture appears to be in need of replacement. We will definitely be coming back for some nice hot, spicy ramen .

Delicious Ajisen ramen!

Probably one of my favorite restaurants in Toronto. In the heat of Chinatown this restaurant features delicious ramen dishes, appetizers, and some additional side items. I typically order the spicy beef or chicken and the sizzling beef steak but I’ve tried most of the menu and everything is amazing. Service is great - fast and attentive. The staff is super friendly. Can’t recommend the place enough.

Ooooooooh! Il était trop tôt pour y aller, de mon groupe, j'étais le seul qui avait faim. J'ai lu l'histoire d'Ajisen Ramen. Le resto original a été fondé en 1968 au Japon. En 2005, un franchisé ouvre le premier Ajisen Ramen au Canada! Woooooooooow! Malheureusement, lorsque la période du souper est arrivé, nous n'étions plus dans le coin.. c'est partie remise!

The food comes really fast and was delicious. Warning: the chili pork they give you on the side to add to the spicy ramen is VERY spicy.

Came here on a recommendation, and glad I did. I had the vegan harvest ramen with the vegan miso broth. It was delicious and filling.
