As of 8/2023 this Moreno Valley location is closed (permanently it looks like)
This place has steadily gone downhill. Service was decent and friendly, but the HVAC was broken and it was 88 inside. The food was just ok, same as usual, but so unbelievably unsatisfying. I also got overcharged for avocado. My wife got it, I did not but I saw a $3 charge on my receipt. I don't think we're coming back here, probably stick with the place in mission Grove.
This place can’t even answer the phones yet alone get an order right.
First time here, but will be the last time. Got a half salad half rice base, the salad was yellow/ mushy and sprouts were riddled with mold. I dismissed it at first thinking it's pretty common to have salads with a bad leaf here and there, but this is what I had to pick out by the end in the photo for half a bowl. The fish wasn't the worst, but still far from fresh. For $15 a bowl, I'd like to not eat mold please. The other hygiene concern is the restroom. There are two restrooms, one was out of order, the other needs to be propped open when not in use. But there's no soap inside the functioning one, which makes me wonder if staff will properly wash their hands before serving. Judging from the quality of the food, I have my doubts. Thai tea was good.
I love this place. Go all the time. It is a little expensive depending on what you order but food is delicious and staff are always nice and friendly. Vegetarian options: Their tofu is good and so is the miso soup
I would have paid extra for one employee smile.
Ordered the salad with 2 scoops of spicy tuna and various sides to choose from (seaweed, edamame beans, bean sprouts, masago, green onions, etc) and sauce of choice. Delicious, light and filling meal with generous portion sizes.
